Raining season, school holidays, year-end mood, and still, 3 participants joined us this morning. A small group, but with steady hands and genuine care for the river.
Something funny we’ve noticed over time:
many people who first contact us often ask the same question:
“Are there crocodiles in this river?”
Probably influenced by the viral video of a crocodile spotted in Klang River ![]()
We’ve never seen one here, until today.
And yes… it turned out to be a toy crocodile ![]()

What we removed from the river today (Total: 23.9 kg):
Fabric: 6.392 kg
Metal: 0.512 kg
Plastic: 12.546 kg
E-waste: 1.582 kg
Mixed waste: 1.132 kg
Diaper pads: 1.1 kg
Toys: 0.64 kg
Holiday or not, rain or shine, the river doesn’t stop receiving waste.
So we keep showing up. Quietly, consistently, and with care.
Thank you to everyone who came today ![]()
Hope to see you again at the river.
