Refund and Returns Policy

At Hara Makers, we are committed in the making of high-quality handcrafted products and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at hara.networks@gmail.com or call us at +6010-355 7123 to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  3. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange for an exchange.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards
