Due to continuous rain over the past few days, the water levels at Sungai Keroh were quite high this morning, making river cleanup too risky. Instead, we switched gears and went plogging around KTM Segambut and the riverbank!
We were shocked to find not just ordinary litter but also unused and unopened food being discarded. Thanks to the dedicated students from University of Nottingham Malaysia, we managed to collect nearly 19 kg of trash, most of which were recyclable materials like plastic bottles!
Thank you to everyone who made today’s effort a success! Your commitment to our environment continues to inspire.
