Reflecting on the amazing PowerTex Workshop: Transforming Plastic into Stone Art held on 9 August 2024 at PJ Eco Recycling Plaza! The event, facilitated by Ms. Chen Pin-Tzu and students from Providence University (Taiwan 靜宜大學), introduced participants to PowerTex, a natural bonding material that turns plastic into stunning stone-effect art.
The workshop was a huge success, bringing together the Hara Makers’ team, staff from PJ Eco Recycling Plaza, Jabatan Sisa Pepejal MBPJ, and members of the public. It was a fantastic experience to see everyone collaborate and create sustainable art as part of our week-long volunteering program with Providence University.
